ACME Laboratories (no, not the one in the Road Runner cartoons) - these labs are the "Purveyors of fine freeware since 1972. On the net since 1991." Their subsidiary offers you a chance to "Pretend you're in prison and make a license!"

Go to the ACME License Maker web site and start punching out virtual vanity licenses to your heart's content.
